- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! We ship worldwide. For more information regarding shipping rates, times and policies see our Shipping Policy.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- UK orders should arrive within 1-3 working days. For orders to Europe, delivery will take 5-7 days. For shipping to outside of Europe please allow up to 14 days from shipping.
- What is your returns policy?
- We understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right so we are always happy to issue refunds. please read our Returns Policy to find out more.
- Can you tell me more about the antibacterial property?
- Smart Screens microfibre cleaning cloth is impregnated with Blue Shield ® during the weave process.
Blue Shield ® is a high efficiency and broad-spectrum inorganic nano-silver antibacterial product capable of killing 99.9% of bacteria.
Your Smart Screen cloth can be washed up to 15 times at 30℃ whilst retaining its' antibacterial properties. - What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
- If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks, please email us at enquiries@smartscreen.store with your full name and order number and our customer service team will be happy to help!
- Can I wash my Smartscreen®?
- Our microfibre cloth can be washed at up to 30°C. Do not use stain removers such as Vanish in the wash. Washing at higher temperatures may result in colour loss. Wash separately from other items.
